FMS - Forms Management System

Digital Equipment Corporation developed a Forms Management System for the VAX and PDP-11 computers that was amazing for creating edit and report screens when incorporated into ISAM compatible languages. It is my goal to recreate this lost technology using HTML as the front-end, mySQL as the rear-end, and PHP as the intermediate language to process server requests. Replacing HTML code with funciton calls reduces errors, improves the readability of the script, and it allows scripts to be written much faster. I've been using (and developing) these functions for more than a year -- and would like to see many more functions of the sort created and made available by other programmers. The scripts in this library ECHO the contents, but similar scripts may place the contents in a BUFFER just as easily if the user want's to email the contents. I hope you enjoy working with these functions, and developing others as much as I have enjoyed creating them.
