J-Painter

This is an image editor that allows drawing within a browser. The editor supports more then 20 drawing tools and allows to insert cliparts. The image can be saved to the server in PNG, JPEG, GIF formats. The editor is implemented as an applet (70Kb) compatible with JDK 1.1+ and most popular browsers IE, Netscape, Firefox, on Win and Mac platforms. The download package includes a documentation for developers and examples in PHP, ASP, ASP.NET, JSP, Perl. You can try the editor at the product's website or install it on your site for evaluation.
